Growing a mustache during the month of November, or "Movember", is creating great awareness and money for prostate cancer.

There is nothing more natural than using Aloe Vera Gel in it's purest form. As I am a beauty therapist, I cannot comment on hair - however I did see a very cool article from khaleejtimes.com showing that you can use Aloe Vera gel to curl hair.

Today's Face Mask Recipe

1 tbsp rice flour
One tsp Aloe Vera
1 tsp coconut Milk
One pinch of Turmeric Powder

Apply to the face for 10 minutes and then rinse off.
